Return merchandise for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Store credits can be issued for merchandise returned within 30 days.

All items must be unused and accompanied by all original manufacturing tagging and packaging.

Please include a completed return form & allow 5-7 business days for receiving, processing and issuing your credit.

Products being exchanged must be accompanied by an exchange form. We will ship the replacement for free as soon as we receive the original return.

Skis, Snowboards

Once equipment is mounted, assembled or adjusted, the equipment and/or its parts cannot be returned or exchanged.

Boots, Footwear

Once shoes or boots have been worn they cannot be exchanged. Snowbound Sports recommends wearing boots indoors to keep the treads clean while testing fit. Returns or exchanges are not permitted for a boot that has been heat-molded or customized for fit.

Manufacturer Defects

Snowbound Sports can help facilitate returns and replacements of defective products within their warranty period. Ultimately, the manufacturer makes the determination if a product meets the requirements for replacement.
