The Atomic Hawx Prime 120 S GW is a high-performance ski boot designed for aggressive skiers that want a stiff boot and average fit. With a 100-millimeter last, this boot would work well for a lot of different foot shapes as it is not too narrow, nor is it massively wide. With that being said, there are some features in this boot that make it very easy to perfect its fit. Even if a boot feels perfect right out of the box, there are often things that can be done to the liner and the shell to improve the fit for your specific foot shape, so it’s no surprise that in a boot like this one we see custom heat moldable liners as well as a customizable shell that allows you to increase the last as well as the flex and forward lean. A flex profile of 120 means that these things are pretty darn stiff. They aren’t the stiffest boots out there, but will be stiff enough for most high-level skiers. They would also work well for expert skiers who are on the lighter side, or just for someone who prefers something slightly softer in comparison to a 130 flex.
