Chris Benchetler, a freeskier, artist, and filmmaker, created the Atomic Bent 110 GFD, a unique edition of the Bent 110 for the Grateful Dead. It offers enough float for powder days and enough stability to tear turns all over the mountain. This collaborative ski was inspired by Benchetler’s most recent film production, Mountains of the Moon, and featured base and topsheet artwork that reflected the varied energy and untamed character of the Grateful Dead’s 60-year history. A more compact and practical version of the Bent Chetler 120, the 110 boasts a strong frame to push through crud and HRZN Tech Tip and Tail for a fun feel in deep snow. Lightweight woodcore reduces weight for faster edge-to-edge response.
